Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the medicoAbhyas platform.
Welcome to medicoAbhyas
medicoAbhyas ("we", "our", "us") operates the website medicoabhyas.in, which offers online mock tests, preparation modules, and educational materials for nursing and medical recruitment exams (such as AIIMS NORCET, RRB Nursing, NHM CHO, and State Staff Nurse exams).
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform. By accessing or using medicoAbhyas, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to any of our packages, or otherwise accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.
2. User Registration & Accounts
To access mock tests and specific prep modules, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Sharing accounts with other users, distributing test material, or attempting to extract test content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
medicoAbhyas offers premium plans on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are set to auto-renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually) using the payment method saved on file, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your auto-renewal settings at any time directly through your Student Dashboard under the "Subscription" tab, or by contacting our support team at least 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy & Account Debits
Given the digital nature of our services (instant unlock of mock tests and study material), all subscription charges and transactions are generally non-refundable.
A refund for a debited transaction will ONLY be processed under the following strict conditions:
- The user is facing persistent technical issues or system bugs within the application that prevent the mock test interface from operating correctly.
- The user is unable to access their purchased subscription or tests due to a system-side error, and our support team cannot resolve the problem within 48 hours of notification.
- Standard refunds will NOT be issued for change-of-mind, failure to clear examinations, or general dissatisfaction with test questions.
To request a refund under these conditions, please contact our help center via `/contact-us` with your payment receipt and description of the technical issue faced.
5. Disclaimers of Warranties
The services and mock tests provided on medicoAbhyas are for practice and educational purposes only. While we verify all questions and explanations, we make no guarantees regarding exam outcomes, qualifying ranks, or compatibility with the exact future structures of the AIIMS NORCET exams.
6. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
