General Refund Statement

Because medicoAbhyas provides instant access to premium mock tests, previous year papers (PYQs), and comprehensive analysis reports, all purchase and subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Please review our auto-renewal and technical refund conditions below to understand your rights and options.

1. Auto-Renew Subscription Policy

When you purchase a subscription plan on medicoAbhyas, your account is configured to automatically renew at the end of the billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

  • Automatic Charges: Your saved payment method will be charged automatically for the next cycle unless you disable or cancel the auto-renewal.
  • Cancellation: You can turn off auto-renewal at any time through your Student Dashboard (under Settings > Subscription) or by raising a support request.
  • Impact of Cancellation: Cancelling your auto-renewal prevents future charges but allows you to retain premium access until the end of your current paid billing period.

2. Eligibility for Transaction Refunds

A debited subscription fee will ONLY be eligible for a refund under the following scenario:

"Debited amount will only be refunded if you are experiencing a technical issue/bug inside the application that hinders your preparation, and you face difficulties in utilizing the mock test platform."

To request a refund under this condition, the issue must be:

  • A verified system-side bug (such as test interface crashes, questionnaire failures, or payment-to-account synchronization failures).
  • Reported to our technical team within 48 hours of occurrence, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

We do **not** provide refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases where you decide you no longer want the subscription.
  • Lack of usage or change of personal preparation plans.
  • Failure to qualify or rank in your examinations (e.g. AIIMS NORCET, NCLEX-RN, State exams).

3. How to Submit a Refund Claim

If your claim meets the technical criteria outlined in Section 2, please submit a request through our Help Center or email our support desk. Be sure to provide the following details:

  • Your registered email address and name.
  • Transaction reference/ID and date of payment.
  • A detailed description of the technical issue faced, accompanied by screenshots or screen recordings showing the problem within the application.

Once submitted, our engineering team will inspect the system logs. Approved claims will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
